At Gem Valley, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find our shipping and delivery policies.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. If additional information is required to process your order, we will contact you promptly.

We will be providing free shipping for all over India.
Outside India:
Shipping Rates charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:
Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping

Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Tracking: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Domestic Orders: Gem Valley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Orders: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gem Valley is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Gem Valley is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us(See below point for contact Info). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Payments processed through Razorpay will adhere to the shipping policies outlined above. Razorpay acts as our secure payment gateway provider, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your transaction and shipping details.
